On April 18th, RSI celebrated its 12th anniversary with an outing at Tampa Bay Downs. Staff, family and friends enjoyed the day which included food and beverages. RSI also sponsored the 9th race and presented a trophy in the winners circle to the winning horse owner, trainer and jockey.
