  • Oct 2008:

RSI has been working from our new office space since mid-July.
Remarkably we experienced less than 4 hours of “downtime” in completing the move. This was accomplished by careful planning and tremendous cooperation from our staff as well as the venders that were involved.
Management feels that the change has already had a positive impact on our employees and the overall performance of the company. We look forward to a strong close for 2008.

RSI has recently been awarded a contract extension for our collection services by the FWCJUA, Inc. through July of 2010. We are all very excited about that commitment.

  • June 2008:

RSI is excited to announce relocating to new office space effective July 11, 2008. Although we have enjoyed our current location for the past 10 years, the time had come to negotiate a new lease. RSI management took this opportunity to search for a space that was more accommodating to our current needs. We found a place less than 1.5 miles from our current location that we feel will benefit our staff with better access due to less traffic as well as the pleasure of working in a newly renovated suite. Please note that RSI’s phone numbers, e-mail and mailing addresses will remain the same, the only change will be our physical location. Effective July 10, 2008, any correspondence that was previously sent to us at our physical address should be sent to:

    Revenue Systems, Inc.

All other mail should continue to be sent to:

  • December 7, 2007: The entire RSI collection staff has completed the International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc. (IACC) Commercial Collector Certification.

IACC Certified Commercial Collectors must pass a rigorous exam that consists of 60 industry specific questions relevant to commercial collections and focuses on the duties and responsibilities of commercial collectors.  The exam was designed and written by some of the top commercial collectors in the field.

Members of the IACC recover millions of dollars annually for their clients.  They provide valuable assistance to credit departments in controlling mounting debts.  IACC Certified Commercial Collectors are educated and tested on all facets of commercial collections and are therefore better able to provide credit grantors with the expert collection services that are needed in today’s competitive business world.

The IACC board of directors has decided that re-certification will be necessary every three years.

  • October 2005: RSI has completed its conversion to state of the art CR Platinum Software as of October 1, 2005. CR Software has a tremendous reputation within the collection industry and is quickly approaching having more users than any of their competitors. Their support and user interaction is unsurpassed. This change was well planned for months in advance. RSI had several programs and features tailored to our operational needs (commercial insurance recovery) and was finalized with even less than the anticipated typical conversion issues. Training was performed on sight for 5 solid business days as well as a 3 day management training seminar held at their home office in Fairfax, Va. This conversion is undoubtedly an upgrade for our staff which now has eased into our new system. We have numerous enhancements not only in collection aids, but also in reporting features internally and to our clients. We have streamlined direct access to skip trace information, asset searches and credit bureaus. RSI is certain that our clients will experience the ultimate benefit of an overall more efficient recovery program.
